If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. A proof of purchase is required. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. It is important to notice that above mentioned return policy is valid for online purchases only.

Please note that local customs authorities in the destination country may apply import duties, taxes, and clearance fees. Not New Studio is not responsible for any VAT, duties, or taxes charged on orders shipped outside the EU, and these costs cannot be predicted or influenced by us.
